What we collect

When you register for a retreat, we receive what you enter: both of your names, your email, phone number, anniversary date, mailing address, pricing and payment choices, dietary needs, why you’re attending, and whether you give photo permission. When you send a message, we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use this only to plan the retreat and to respond to you.

How it’s sent

Your registration or message is delivered to our email through Resend, an email delivery service, operated for us by our web provider, Stentor Digital. We don’t sell or share your information with anyone else.

Payments

This website doesn’t take payments or store payment details. You pay us directly by Zelle or Cash App, and those services’ own privacy policies apply.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from a person, not a bot. Cloudflare may process technical information about your browser to do that.

Video and fonts

The welcome video on our home page is loaded from our video host, and our fonts come from Google Fonts. Those services receive basic technical information, like your IP address, when your browser loads them. This site doesn’t use analytics or tracking cookies.
